Download the Alaska Living Trust which is used to create a separate entity by which certain property you, as the grantor, designate is held by a trustee you appoint.  The property is then distributable at certain times to beneficiaries chosen by the grantor as the grantor determines.  Sometimes this is upon the death of the grantor or when certain beneficiaries reach a certain age.  The trustee is obligated to follow the instructions set forth in the trust as to how and when the assets should be distributed.

Revocable vs. Irrevocable:  A revocable trust is a trust which may be revoked or changed during the life of the grantor.  It becomes irrevocable upon the death of the grantor.  An irrevocable trust, as the name suggests, is a trust that cannot be changed or revoked once it is made.
