Last Will and Testament Forms

Download a last will and testament form, also referred to as a “will”, distributes any and all of a person’s (known as the ‘testator’) assets, property, and names an individual (known as the ‘executor’) who shall be the one to distribute said estate. The form may be downloaded in fillable Adobe PDF, Rich Text Format, and Microsoft Word templates and should be signed by the testator and at least two (2) witnesses or a notary public (See your State’s Probate Code). Once signed the will should be placed with the person’s attorney for recording purposes.
