Download the Alabama last will and testament which allows a testator, the individual granting their assets (personal and real property) to persons specified in the document. The form will usually describe an individual known as the ‘executor’ which will be responsible for carrying out the wishes of the testator. This is recommended to be a close family member or licensed attorney. When the form has been completed it is required to be signed in the presence of at least two (2) witnesses.
