Download this Wisconsin Last Will and Testament form which is to be used by a testator, or a person who bequeaths property through a will, to set forth that property and those beneficairies who will receive such property upon the testator’s death.  In addition, the testator designates a trusted person to be his or her personal representative in order to administer the estate through the probate process.

STATE DEFINITION

Under Wisconsin law, “Unless the context or subject matter indicates otherwise, “will” includes a codicil and any document incorporated by reference in a testamentary document under s. 853.32(1) or (2). “Will” does not include a copy, unless the copy has been proven as a will under s. 856.17, but “will” does include a properly executed duplicate original.” W.S.A. 851.31
