- Like any other job, volunteers work with supervisors and coordinators. This keeps tasks as organized as possible in what is often times, some of the most dangerous and chaotic situations possible. Just like employees, even though the volunteers are present, free of charge, to make a difference, there must be a constant organization and go to person.
- With a volunteer timesheet, generally a supervisor assigns the tasks and the hours that the volunteer is willing to be present to assist – provide the following:

- Out
- Hours (completed)
- Supervisor’s name
