How To Write
Step 1 – Section 1 – Company Information
- Complete section one, at the top left of the timesheet as follows:
- Company Name
- Street Address
- Address 2
- Address 3
- City, State, Zip Code
- Phone
- Fax
- Email Address
Step 2 – Section 2 – Week Ending & Employee Information
- Complete the employee Information on the top right of the sheet:
- Week Ending
- Employee (Full Name)
- Manager’s Full Name
- Employee Phone
- Employee Email
- Employee Tax ID or SS Number
Step 3 – Section 3 – Record Work Hours Daily –
- Day – (Mon thru Sun)
- In
- Out
- In
- Out (Break Time)
- Regular Hours
- Overtime Hours
- Sick Hours
- Vacation Hours
Step 4 – Section 4 – Totals – When Time Goes In For Pay Day
- Total Hours
- Hourly Rate
- Total Pay
- Subtract Any Shared Company Benefits for actual total pay
