Download this South Carolina Irrevocable Living Trust form which provides a planning tool to a grantor (the creator of the trust) to direct how his or her assets are disseminated to his or her beneficiaries.  It provides flexibility because it allows the grantor to choose how, when, to whom and for what purpose the assets will be distributed. For instance, a grantor can specify that the assets are only to be spent on education for the beneficiaries, or the grantor may specify that the beneficiaries not receive distributions until they reach a certain age.  An irrevocable trust is not meant to be revoked or modified during the life of the grantor.
