Download the Alabama living trust that allows an individual, the ‘grantor’, to give property to someone else, the ‘trustee’, while they are still living. The trustee will be obliged to give the property to the beneficiary at a particular time or at the death of the grantor. Unlike a will, the grantor may put conditions on the trust so that the beneficiary receives possession at a certain time or by completing a condition (such as an age requirement). The grantor may also name themselves the trustee so that remain in possession of the property until their death.
