Download the Weekly Timesheet Template that has been created for the purpose of tracking employee time in and out on the job. This weekly time sheet breaks and overtime hours. It keeps time keeping simple.

How To Write

Step 1 – Section 1 – Employee Information –

  • Provide the following employee information:
  • Full Name
  • Date
  • Badge or Employee ID Number
  • Department for which the employee works
  • Manager’s full name

Step 2 – Section 2 – Time Keeping Information –

  • Each row of required information is daily hours worked. Each day worked must be properly recorded through the day:
  • Date mm/dd/yyyy
  • Time In
  • Time Out
  • Breaks
  • Regular hours
  • Over Time Hours
  • Total hours for that day

Step 3 – Section 3 – Hour Totals-

  • Record the totals for:
  • Breaks
  • Regular Hours
  • Overtime Hours
  • Total Hours

Step 4 – Section 4 – Signatures and Dates

  • Once the information has been calculated provide:
  • Employee Signature – Date mm/dd/yyyy
  • Manager’s Signature – Date mm/dd/yyyy
  • Repeat the same the next working day until time ends
  • A new sheet would be required for the following week
