California Power of Attorney Forms

California power of attorney forms allows a person to legally recognize someone else to “step in their place” for financial and medical decisions. In accordance with State law, the principal must be competent to sign and authorize the power of attorney in presence of either two (2) witnesses or a notary public. Afterward, the agent or attorney-in-fact must show the document in every event he or she will be acting on behalf of the principal.
