Loading...The Alabama Department of Revenue Motor Vehicle Division power of attorney, also known as Form MVT 5-13, may be used to select another person to register and purchase license plates. The duties may also include anything else that is vehicle related such as the power to sell or title the automobile to someone else. If this designation is to be appointed the agent selected must have this form when performing the duties on behalf of the principal.
This form is only valid for one (1) vehicle and not all automobiles owned by the principal.
