Download a Pennsylvania Living Trust form which permits the creator (or grantor) to have flexibility, privacy and continuity as to how his or her assets and property are managed and distributed during his or her life and after death. There is flexibility, because a grantor can specify who is to receive the property, when they are to receive it, for what purpose the funds must be used and how they are to be distributed. The trust also offers continuity in that continues to exist and operate even if the grantor has passed.
Irrevocable vs. Revocable: An irrevocable trust may not be revoked during the life of the grantor. A grantor may modify or terminate a revocable trust during his or her lifetime, but it becomes irrevocable when the grantor passes.
