Download this North Dakota Revocable Living Trust form which allows you, as the grantor to put assets and property aside for the benefit of your loved ones in a separate entity that will continue in existence, even after your passing.  You can draft provisions in this agreement that will dictate the timing, purposes and methods of disbursements of your funds.  For instance, if you have a child who is immature, you can specify that they receive funds at a certain age.  Or if you want to make sure your grandchildren get an education, you can specify that the funds be used for education expenses only.  The grantor chooses a trustee who is obligated to manage the trust with the best interest of the beneficiaries in mind.  A revocable trust can be revoked or modified.
