Download the Massachusetts Living Trust which is a way to set aside assets or property, or both for the benefit of your beneficiaries. WIth a trust, you have some flexibility as to how and when your assets or property is distributed. For instance, you may specify that a beneficiary has to reach the age of 21 before receiving proeprty, or that funds may only be spent on certain things like housing or education. In addition, you choose a trusted person to manage the trust, called the trustee. The trustee has a fiduciary obligation to the beneficiaries.
