Download the Idaho living trust that allows an individual, the ‘grantor’, to transfer assets to a separate entity administered by a trustee, while they are still living. A trust allows flexibility to the grantor to specify how and when and to whom his or her assets will be dispersed. The trustee has a fiduciary obligation to the beneficiairies of the trust and must make all decisions based on their best interest.
Revocable vs Irrevocable – A revocable trust may be altered or dissolved at anytime during the course of the grantor’s life. An irrevocable trust is not meant to be changed or terminated once it is created and executed.
