The Alabama roommate agreement is a legally binding contract between individuals who have decided to rent together in an effort to make payments for an entire home. Each of the roommates will pay their share of the monthly rent that is to be specified in the agreement. In most cases, there are bigger bedrooms than others and usually one member will end up paying more in rent than some of the other tenants.
Once signed, all the tenants shall be bound by the agreement stated and each roommate should keep a copy of the lease for the personal record-keeping.
