How To Write
Step 1 – Section 1 – Place the name of the establishment just under the words “Balance Sheet” along with the date in which the document is being completed.
Step 2 – Section 2 – Assets –
- In this space enter all of your assets from bank accounts, investments, to buildings and equipment along with the value of each. Any investments that belong to the business.
Step 3 – Section 3 – Liabilities –
- List all liabilities and their costs, i.e.; Loans, current credit accounts, anything that may be a long term liability that you would be paying on for more than 12 months.
Step 4 – Section 4 – Owner’s Equity, or what your equity investments are in the restaurant.
- Once you have collected and reviewed all of this information, you would calculate to reveal your debt to profit ratio
