Download this Colorado Revocable Living Trust form when you want to set aside assets or property to be distributed at certain times and to certain people you designate.  For instance, you, as grantor, can choose to have your assets distributed when your beneficiaries reach a certain age, or upon your death or at some other time you may designate.  You can also have your assets paid out for certain purposes, such as education, health and welfare.  Someone you choose adminsiters the trust.  This person is called a trustee.  The trustee must follow the instructions contained in your trust.

Unlike an irrevocable trust, a revocable trust can be changed during the life of the grantor.  It becomes irrevocable when the grantor dies.
