Download this Texas Last Will and Testament form which is used by a testator to make designations as to which beneficaries will inherit the real and personal property of the testator whether such beneficiaries be relatives, friends or organizations.  In addition, the testator chooses a person to be a personal representative, also known as an executor, to administer the testator’s estate.

STATE DEFINITION

Under Texas law,  “Will” includes: (1) a codicil; and (2) a testamentary instrument that merely: (A) appoints an executor or guardian; (B) directs how property may not be disposed of; or (C) revokes another will. V.T.C.A., Estates Code § 22.034
