Download the Arizona last will and testament which allows a person to designate to his or her beneficiaries his tangible and residual probatable property and assets.  The person also chooses a personal representative, also known as an executor, to handle the probate court filings and to make sure the wishes as expressed in the will are properly completed.  This will must be signed by the person making the will plus two witnesses.

STATE DEFINITION

In Alaska, “Will” includes a codicil and any testamentary instrument that merely appoints an executor, revokes or revises another will, nominates a guardian or expressly excludes or limits the right of an individual or class to succeed to property of the decedent passing by intestate succession. A.R.S. § 14-1201
