Download the Taco Bell Job Application Form that has been made available for anyone who would like to work as part of the Taco Bell Team anywhere in the United States. Complete the application and take it into a Taco Bell location that is convenient for an opportunity for an interview for employment with the company.

How To Write

Step 1 – Section 1- Preferences and Personal Information

Complete this section entirely –

  • Date
  • Date available to begin work
  • Employment Desired PT/FT- check one
  • Position being applied for
  • Preferred location- 1st choice
  • Preferred location – 2nd choice
  • Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial
  • Street Address, Apartment Number
  • City, State, Postal Code
  • Home Telephone Number
  • Work Telephone Number- extention
  • Are you legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States? – check yes or no
  • Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense involving theft, fraud, or other similar offenses for which you have not been pardoned? – check yes or no
  • Although the United States may begin to serve alcohol you only need to answer this question if you currently reside in Canada. Otherwise- leave blank
  • Have you ever been employed at a Pizza Hut, Taco Bell or KFC restaurant? – check yes or no
  • If yes -Where, Date of Employment From and To
  • Who was your manager?
  • In the chart provided please write in the hours each day of the week that you will be available to work (am and pm)

Step 2 – Section 2 – Education –

  • Name of Program
  • Levels of Completion
  • Number of Years Attended
  • Did you Graduate?
  • Degree Receieved

Step 3 – Section 3 – Employment-

Beginning with your current or most recent employer provide the information required –

  • Company- Position/Duties Performed – enter in box provided -
  • Address – Reason for Leaving- Phone Number
  • Name of Supervisor
  • Employed From and To
  • Starting Pay – Ending Pay
  • The format will be the same for the next employer

Step 4 – Section 4 – Personal References – No former employers, ministers or relatives-

  • Name
  • Relationship or Title
  • Phone Number with area code

Step 5 – Section 5 – Signature –

Read carefully the information in the final paragraph of the application. If you are unclear with the meaning of any of this information, ask your interviewer or manager. Once you are certain you understand and agree provide-

  • Applicant’s Printed Name
  • Applicant’s Signature
  • Date of Signature

DO NOT complete the final block alone.  This is to be completed while you are in your interview only.
