Ohio Living Trust Forms

Download the Ohio Living Trust form in order to specify property and assets you want to set aside for the benefit of your beneficiaries.  A trust provides flexibility, continuity and privacy for the grantor as folows: 1.  It provides the grantor with flexibility as to how, when and for what purpose the trust funds are expended. 2.  It provides continuity because the trust continues its existence even after the death of the grantor.  3.  It provides privacy in that it is not a public document and doesn’t get probated by the probate court.

Revocable vs. Irrevocable:    An irrevocable trust may not be changed or revoked without the possibility of incurring tax or other penalties.   A revocable trust may be revoked or changed during the life of the grantor, but it becomes irrevocable after the grantor passes.
