Oregon Living Trust Forms

Download an Oregon Living Trust form which allows you to place certain of your assets and property into a separate entity which is managed by a trustee.  The trustee is chosen by the person creating the trust (the grantor) and he or she has an obligation to make sure the provisions of the trust are carried out for the benefit of the beneficiaries.  Atrust provides flexibility because the grantor can designate how, when, to whom and for what purpose he desires the funds from the trust expended.

Irrevocable vs. Revocable:  An irrevocable trust may not be revoked during the life of the grantor.  A grantor may modify or terminate a revocable trust during his or her lifetime, but it becomes irrevocable when the grantor passes.
