Download this Missouri Revocable Living Trust form which allows a grantor (the person creating the trust) flexibility in determining how and when his or her property and assets are distributed to his or her chosen beneficiaries. For instance, the grantor may decide that his or her unique family situation calls for a beneficiary not to receive property until the beneficiary reaches a certain age of maturity.  Or a grantor may highly value education and may want to direct that the funds in the trust only pay for educational expenses of his beneficiaries.  A revocable trust may be modified or changed during the life of a grantor, but becomes irrevocable after his or her death.
