Download this Minnesota Revocable Living Trust form which provides a flexible way to direct your assets and property to your heirs or chosen organizations.  The grantor creates the trust whil ehe or she is alive and directs the assets and property he or she wants to be transferred to his or her beneficiaries into the trust.  The grantor can then direct how and when the assets will be distributed.  The trust is continuous in that it exists during the life of the grantor and after the grantor dies, so it provides continuity of asset ownership.  The trustee appointed by the grantor has a fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiaries to manage the trsut for their benefit.  A revocable trust can be changed or revoked during the life of the grantor, but becomes irrevocable once the grantor dies.
