Downlaod this Michigan Revocable Living Trust form which allows an individual to direct the distribution of his or her property and assets to his or her chosen beneficiaries at specified times and in a specified manner.  For instance, the individual (or grantor) can direct that a certain amount of assets be transferred to his or her loved oned when they reach a certain age of maturity.  Or a grantor can specify that the funds directed to a certain person only be spent on education or medical care.  A revocable trust, as the name suggests, can be revoked or modified during the life of the grantor, however, it becomes irrevocable upon the grantor’s death.
