Download this Kansas Last Will and Testament Form.  Use this form in order to provide instruction to the probate court and your personal representative or executor how you would like both your real and personal probate-able property distributed to your beneficiaries upon your death.  You may choose a trusted relative or friend or professional fiduciary to be your personal representative.  In addition, you must execute this form in front of two witnesses.

STATE DEFINITION

Under Kansas Law, “Any person of sound mind, and possessing the rights of majority, may dispose of any or all of his or her property by will, subject to the provisions of this act.” K.S.A. 59-601
