Download this Idaho Last Will and Testament form which is a document where a person can designate his or her real and personal probate-able property to certain beneficiaries in the event of the person’s death.  This document requires that a personal representative, also known as an executor, be chosen in order to administer the estate and carry out the provisions of the will.  Two witnesses must witness the testator executing the will.

STATE DEFINITION

Under Idaho Law, a “Will” is a testamentary instrument and includes codicil and any testamentary instrument which merely appoints an executor or revokes or revises another will.  I.C. § 15-1-201
