Download the Hawaii last will and testament in order to designate beneficiaries of your real and personal property which will pass through the probate court in the event you pass away.  You also must designate a personal representative, also known as an executor, to carry out the provisions set forth in your will.  This person should be a trusted friend or relative or a professional fiduciary.

STATE DEFINITION
