Step 2 – Section 2 – General Information –

  • 1. Have you ever visited a Rite Aid location? -check yes or no
  • If yes, where? Describe your experience in the lines provided
  • 2. Why would you like to work for Rite Aid?
  • 3. Describe a specific situation where you have provided excellent customer service in your most recent position – enter in lines provided
  • 4. Were you referred by a Rite Aid associate?- check yes or no -If yes, provide the name of the associate
  • 5. Have you ever been dismissed or forced to resign from any employment?- check yes or no -If yes, explain in the lines provided

Step 3 – Section 3 –  Position Applied For –

If the position you’re applying for is for management, check the box at the top of this section- Store management applications should be forwarded to your HR Manager –
